📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Execute content-related tasks by diligently following set toolkits, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure brand consistency.

• Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all rider touchpoints, strictly adhering to existing style guides and brand voice documentation.

• Review and approve content updates within established parameters, ensuring alignment with product strategy and user experience goals.

• Host weekly Content Design Office Hours to provide immediate, hands-on support to designers and product managers for daily copy requests.

• Leverage existing Figma plugins and content automation tools to streamline workflows and expedite content delivery for approximately 11 product squads.

• Support ongoing projects by utilizing documented processes and templates to ensure efficient project execution.

• Conduct thorough content reviews using established heuristics and quality checklists to ensure high standards.
