Lead the end-to-end design process for new digital products and features within the Wholesale (B2B) ecosystem, from initial research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI.

Conduct in-depth user research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand the needs, behaviors, and journeys of B2B clients and Decathlon account managers.

Define and map user journeys, leveraging tools like Opportunity Solution Trees to identify and prioritize key opportunities for business impact.

Design intuitive and efficient user interfaces for B2B commerce platforms, including assortment, pricing, order management, and self-service tools.
