📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Design Management: Lead and manage multidisciplinary design efforts for Data Centre projects in the fast-paced German market, ensuring alignment with client objectives and AECOM's project delivery standards.

  • Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary, cross-regional teams, including Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

  • Commercial & Technical Bidding: Provide critical commercial and technical assistance for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients, contributing to accurate pricing, scope definition, and win strategies.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all internal AECOM governance policies and local German regulatory requirements throughout the bid stage and project delivery phases.
