๐ Primary Responsibilities

Design and produce creative marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, advertisements, and other promotional materials, upholding hotel and brand guidelines.

Develop compelling visual content for social media channels, digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and the hotel's official website.

Support the Marketing Manager in the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns by contributing creative concepts and artwork from ideation through to final implementation.

Ensure strict brand consistency across all visual outputs, encompassing guestroom collateral, F&B outlet materials, hotel signage, and any promotional assets.

Assist in the regular maintenance and updating of visual content on the hotel's website and other digital touchpoints.

Create graphics and multimedia content specifically for digital marketing initiatives, online advertising placements, and special promotional offers.

Systematically manage, organize, and maintain the hotel's digital asset library, including high-resolution photographs, artwork, logos, and all relevant design files.

Liaise with external suppliers, printers, and production vendors to guarantee the quality and timely delivery of all marketing materials.

Provide support in photography, image editing, retouching, and basic video editing tasks as needed.

Develop customized presentations, proposals, and promotional materials to support the Sales and Events teams.

Foster collaboration with various hotel departments to devise creative solutions that enhance guest experiences and elevate brand visibility.

Stay abreast of the latest design trends, best practices in hospitality marketing, and emerging digital technologies.

Ensure all artwork is produced accurately, meets project deadlines, and adheres strictly to specified requirements.

Provide additional creative and administrative support to the Marketing Manager as and when required.
