Direct and manage the end-to-end creative design process for all internally produced graphics, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand identity.

Develop and implement project tracking systems and assignment workflows to ensure all creative requests are managed effectively and meet requested timeframes.

Oversee the workload distribution among the design team, balancing individual capacity with project demands to promote productivity and prevent burnout.

Establish, refine, and enforce high-quality design standards and brand guidelines across all creative outputs.

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Communications, Customer Relations) and the design team to clarify project briefs, gather feedback, and ensure strategic alignment.

Provide hands-on graphic design support to the team, completing projects when necessary to manage bandwidth and ensure timely delivery.

Manage relationships and contracts with print vendors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely production of printed materials.
