📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Receive pre-cut hardwood and chipboard components from machine operators for assembly.

• Safely and effectively operate hand tools and heavy-duty staple guns for extended periods to join wood components.

• Accurately count and report any rejected or defective parts to the Assistant Supervisor, facilitating immediate process correction.

• Sort and select appropriate wood pieces to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of each furniture frame.

• Perform comprehensive quality control inspections on all assembled frames before they proceed to the next stage of production.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
