📈 Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the GI franchise, orchestrating data product development and facilitating collaboration with operational partners in Data, Digital, and Technology (DD&T), Commercial Operations and Business Solutions (COBS), and Patient and Market Access (PAMA).

Define, manage, and communicate the requirements, specifications, and design for data product environments, ensuring alignment with analytical, reporting, and stakeholder needs.

Foster continuous improvement by leading performance reviews of internal and external service providers for data product development and operations.

Proactively manage and lead the implementation of changes to data products resulting from upstream or downstream system modifications, including prioritization and requirements gathering.

Maintain robust stakeholder engagement and relationships across various analytics functions, including COBS, PAMA, and marketing, to proactively support business objectives and drive alignment.

Collaborate with COBS and DD&T to ensure data warehouse environments and commercial reporting platforms are consistent with evolving business needs, including the review and approval of data model changes.

Partner with DD&T to ensure the availability and maintenance of supporting technologies for the Data or Reporting platforms, guaranteeing seamless access for end-users.

Work with CA&I senior staff to identify internal and external resource requirements and negotiate for the necessary resources to meet brand team and market access needs.

Develop deep Therapeutic Area and franchise-specific product knowledge, acting as the lead individual responsible for capturing and ensuring the accurate incorporation of business rules into published data products.

Education:

Experience:

10+ years of experience in Operations / IT with a demonstrated track record in Data Analysis, Metadata Management, and Data Quality, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

10+ years of experience in Data Strategy, encompassing data architecture, governance, data modeling, ETL, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and analytics.

6+ years of experience managing in a matrix environment across different levels is preferred.

Proven experience working with Sales and Marketing organizations, particularly within a pharmaceutical context.

Prior experience with key pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Komodo, Market Access, Patient Services, and Specialty Pharmacy.

Demonstrated experience across all phases of the data development life cycle: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Change Management.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage large business change programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to peers and upper-level management.
