• Develop, manage, monitor, and report on the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Information Requirements Schedule (IRS), tracking progress and the quality of design deliverables.

• Clearly communicate and ensure understanding of the design scope of works among all relevant project stakeholders.

• Manage the design change process, demonstrating commercial acumen and ensuring changes are properly documented, assessed, and approved.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities and the ability to adhere to company policies.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in managing the design change process, including assessing impact on cost and schedule.

• Ability to develop ideas and present them concisely and effectively. Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific project management software and design coordination tools (e.g., BIM software, Aconex, Procore).

• Familiarity with the Galliford Try Building Management System or similar quality management frameworks.
