π Primary Responsibilities

Define and architect complex user flows, information architecture, and interaction models that are intuitive, engaging, and minimize player cognitive load.

Develop and iterate on interactive prototypes to rigorously test and validate game features, mechanics, and overall "fun factor" before full production.

Plan and execute player testing sessions, meticulously synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Proactively audit the game experience to identify friction points and high-value opportunities, defining challenges and driving solutions that balance player delight, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Own the creation, evolution, and maintenance of the Figma Design System, building and managing a scalable library of components using advanced Figma features (Variables/Tokens, Auto Layout, Component Properties).

Take full accountability for the UX quality of assigned feature pods, leading the design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and post-launch analysis.
