๐ Primary Responsibilities

Define and own UX strategy for assigned product areas, aligning business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into clear design principles and strategic direction.

Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions through user insights, usability considerations, and long-term experience vision.

Design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B products, including dashboards, reporting tools, campaign workflows, and analytics interfaces, focusing on clarity and actionability.

Translate intricate data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and multi-step workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Drive iterative, data-informed design decisions within agile development cycles, ensuring solutions are user-centric and meet business objectives.

Execute high-quality designs in Figma, leveraging auto-layout, design tokens, and shared variables to build component-based, implementation-ready assets.

Contribute to and actively evolve the company's design system, promoting modularity, consistency, and enhancing development efficiency across the product suite.

Facilitate seamless design-to-development handoff and collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs.

Act as a UX thought partner across various initiatives, championing design consistency and quality across shared product surfaces and user journeys.

Provide leadership and guidance to other designers on shared projects, offering constructive feedback and ensuring alignment on design standards.

Partner with research and data science teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative user insights, usability findings, and behavioral data into design decisions.

Stay abreast of current social media trends, marketing workflows, and the creator/influencer ecosystem to inform product design and strategy.
