End-to-End Product Experience Design: Conceptualize, design, and iterate on core product experiences for both the B2B platform and the consumer app, from initial exploration through to post-launch improvements.

Design System & Language Development: Play a key role in defining and establishing Pogo's design language, design systems, and overall design culture, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.

Product Roadmap Contribution: Actively participate in the product roadmap planning process, providing design perspective and advocating for user-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
