๐ Primary Responsibilities

Partner deeply with Marketing and Product teams to translate business objectives into actionable creative strategies, concepts, and shippable experiments.

Lead design projects end-to-end, from initial scoping and ideation through design, production, quality assurance, and launch, effectively managing timelines and tradeoffs.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation, performance, accessibility, and seamless design handoffs.

Develop and maintain lightweight, scalable design systems, including templates, modules, and reusable components, to increase design velocity and brand consistency.

Support the design of physical and print brand touchpoints, such as office signage, quick start guides, and event collateral, ensuring cohesive integration with digital brand experiences.

Elevate the overall craft of design through meticulous attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and polish, while maintaining a high pace of execution.

Mentor peers through influence by providing constructive feedback and strategic direction on design projects.

Build and maintain a tight feedback loop with users through regular lightweight research, including user interviews, usability testing, on-site observations, and message testing.

Actively participate in office activations and product launches to observe user behavior in real-world environments, identify friction points, and capture firsthand insights for design improvements.
