  • Partner deeply with Marketing and Product teams to translate business objectives into actionable creative strategies, concepts, and shippable experiments.

  • Lead design projects end-to-end, from initial scoping and ideation through design, production, quality assurance, and launch, effectively managing timelines and tradeoffs.

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation, performance, accessibility, and seamless design handoffs.

  • Develop and maintain lightweight, scalable design systems, including templates, modules, and reusable components, to increase design velocity and brand consistency.

  • Support the design of physical and print brand touchpoints, such as office signage, quick start guides, and event collateral, ensuring cohesive integration with digital brand experiences.

  • Elevate the overall craft of design through meticulous attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and polish, while maintaining a high pace of execution.

  • Mentor peers through influence by providing constructive feedback and strategic direction on design projects.

  • Build and maintain a tight feedback loop with users through regular lightweight research, including user interviews, usability testing, on-site observations, and message testing.

  • Actively participate in office activations and product launches to observe user behavior in real-world environments, identify friction points, and capture firsthand insights for design improvements.
