The Vice President of Enterprise, Technology Product Strategy will lead teams directly and cross-functionally to drive system innovation, solution development, and roadmap governance for the Enterprise organization, partnering with enterprise teams.&#xa0; This senior leader will also interface directly with external state clients and the executive leadership team at Gainwell.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:18.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your role in our mission</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Reports to SVP of Enterprise and drives technology investment strategy and prioritization for our Claims, Encounter &amp; Financial (CEF) systems &amp; platforms, based on a firm understanding of client requirements and market needs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Owns Enterprise product and technology investment roadmap and prioritization, partnering with engineering teams and implementation practice.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Drives roadmap spanning adjudication systems, surround systems, analytics, client specific solutions, and products.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Responsible for translating high level business and product requirements to technology requirements for product engineering teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supports enterprise processes in technology development and agile methodologies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Drives and supports external technology partnerships and augmentation of internal systems for full suite of solutions supporting State clients.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supports client implementation priorities, strategies, and initiatives, as well as new business bids and proposals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Oversees claims specific technology vendor partnership relationships.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Drives governance process to changes in prioritization as well as communication and alignment with partner teams including the broader Enterprise organization, Customer Experience, sales and account management, as well as other product and technology platforms at Gainwell.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Partners with Enterprise peers on innovation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manages and develops talent. healthcare technology specific related experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">10+ years leading teams and large cross-functional organizations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Innovative forward thinker with a product mindset and &#xa0;excellent leadership skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial,
