Product Designer

You’ll help shape not just what we build, but how we work together to do it.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4>The Role</h4><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Product Designer (mid–senior)</strong> to join our small but mighty team. You’ll work end-to-end across the design lifecycle: from research and wireframing, to user testing, to high-fidelity UI and collaborating with engineering for delivery. This is a <strong>hands-on role</strong> where you’ll balance creativity with technical excellence, helping evolve our design system and influence how design operates across the organisation.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4>What You’ll Do</h4><ul><li><p>Own design projects from discovery through delivery across web and mobile</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions</p></li><li><p>Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability</p></li><li><p>Contribute to a culture of testing and user research, balancing delivery timelines with quality insights</p></li><li><p>Help improve team processes and ways of working as we scale</p></li><li><p>Advocate for accessibility, usability, and best practice in design</p></li></ul><h4></h4><h4><strong>You’ll thrive in this role if you have:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience in end-to-end product design</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Figma and confidence working with established design systems</p></li><li><p>Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms</p></li><li><p>Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help shape structure where needed</p></li><li><p>An interest in accessibility, or at least a willingness to learn—we’ll support you</p></li></ul><p style="text-align: start;">Bonus if you’re familiar with WCAG guidelines or designing in enterprise or B2B environments.
