๐ Primary Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets (static and motion graphics) for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring content is localized and resonates with the Colombian audience.

Develop creative assets for paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., display ads, social media ads) with a primary focus on conversion rates and ROI.

Analyze the performance of visual content and ad creatives, using data insights to iterate and improve campaign effectiveness across digital and CRM channels.

Maintain and enforce Cabify's brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints in Colombia, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand experience.

Contribute to global design projects by collaborating with design and marketing teams in Spain and other Latin American regions, providing valuable local market insights.
