<p>We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Sans and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. From digital campaigns and email marketing to packaging and printed materials, you’ll help shape how our customers experience Sans every day. This role is critical as we scale—ensuring our design system is cohesive, impactful, and elevated across channels.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul> <li>Design and produce digital assets including emails, ads, social graphics, and web content that are on-brand and performance-driven.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.</li> <li>Support packaging design, from ideation through production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.</li> <li>Create printed materials (inserts, retail collateral, campaign pieces) that extend the Sans brand offline.</li> <li>Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all creative.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>3–5 years of design experience, ideally within consumer brands or agencies.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, with an eye for detail and brand storytelling.</li> <li>Experience designing for email, paid media, and packaging.</li> <li>Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team.</li> <li>Low ego, high ownership operator who thrives in fast moving, ambiguous environments.</li> <li>Bonus points for a background in hardware plus consumables, subscription models, international DTC launches or retail media.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and bonus structure that rewards both individual and team achievements</li> <li>Fully-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage</li> <li>Flexible PTO policy</li> <li>A chance to shape a fast-growing company at a formative stage</li> <li>True career upside – our steep growth trajectory creates unique opportunities to learn, develop, and advance quickly</li> </ul>

Application Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of design experience, preferably with consumer brands or agencies. Proficiency in design tools and a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work are essential.
