📈 Primary Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity Leadership:
- Define, maintain, and enforce brand visual standards across all Leisure Hotels & Resorts properties.
- Create and meticulously maintain comprehensive brand guidelines documentation.
- Ensure absolute brand consistency across all digital platforms, print collateral, and on-property guest experiences.
- Support and ensure compliance for gift shop/apparel branding initiatives.

Campaign Creative Development:
- Design compelling visual assets for a wide range of marketing campaigns, including seasonal initiatives, weddings and events, golf promotions, F&B activations, and holiday experiences.
- Effectively translate abstract campaign strategies into tangible, high-impact visual narratives.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign rollouts across all channels.
- Develop innovative creative concepts for large-scale strategic initiatives, such as property rebrands or significant website refreshes.

Digital & Print Production:
- Design a variety of digital assets, including social media graphics, ad creatives, and email graphics.
- Produce essential print materials such as menus, maps, brochures, rack cards, signage, trade show displays, and sales presentations.
- Prepare print-ready files with precision and coordinate effectively with external printing vendors.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on all printed materials to ensure adherence to brand standards and production quality.
