This position will work closely with sales directors and underwriting leads, and will partner with finance, reporting, marketing, and strategy to build out business plans and strategies to accelerate profitable growth for the business, tailoring those plans by business unit, market segment, and distribution channel to best meet the needs of those markets. These insights will also be used to develop organization objectives and key results (OKRs) for the product, as well as measure progress against those OKRs over time.&nbsp; This includes trend analysis and root cause drivers for over/under performance vs. targets.&nbsp; Market insights and strategies will also guide annual planning processes and help feed the product development pipeline.
