🎨 Role Summary

- Generate UX designs that achieve ARPG game experience goals and improve player experience in the form of mockups, prototypes, flows, and layouts
- Implement interface screens using efficient and flexible layout design and collaborate with engineers to ensure features are built to design specifications
- Iterate on presentation and interaction to both look pixel-perfect and feel great
- Continually evaluate the UX/UI based on feedback from players, player research, game designers, product managers, and UX/UI leads
- Integrate with the core game development team, contributing to the experience roadmap with relevant stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation standards, processes, and collaborative workflows
- Coach and mentor team members with UX/UI skills
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience: 8+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or similar on public products
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with UI implementation in a modern engine or platform (e.g., Unity, Unreal, or HTML5)
- Ability to adhere to a project’s existing visual and interaction patterns
- Experience with designing multiple control schemes (e.g., Controllers, Mouse & Keyboard, and/or Touch Screen)

💵 Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $101,000.00 - $186,754.00 Annual
