🎨 Role Summary

• Independently own the UX for significant features, collaborating cross-functionally to discover problems and deliver user-centered design solutions that drive measurable impact.

• Accelerate Impact by translating product and business objectives into user-centered design solutions that contribute to product-led growth metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration by partnering closely with Product Managers, User Researchers, Content Designers, and Cross-Functional Stakeholders throughout the discovery, design, and development lifecycle of user flows, product features, and prototypes.
• Champion the User by developing a deep understanding of user needs and pain points across various segments, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and advocating for intuitive, accessible, and consistent user-centric solutions.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, and/or the equivalent of at least 2-5+ years experience in UX design.

Experience: Experience in partnering with a researcher and/or directly conducting user research and testing, such as 1:1 interviews, surveys, usability testing, and more.

Required Skills:

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe CC, or similar tools) and working knowledge of research tools (e.g. UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, etc.).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility applied in product design.
• Ability to articulate and defend design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Experience working within and contribution to design systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with the fintech, legaltech or SaaS products.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 USD per year (based on experience and location)
