🎓 Design Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Two years of professional experience in graphic design, including both print and digital media
Required Design Skills:
- Advanced skill level using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Knowledge of word, presentation, and spreadsheet-type programs
- Knowledge of design principles and website design principles
- Strong leadership and project management skills
Preferred Design Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics design or Fine Arts
- Four years of experience in design, including print and digital media
- Experience working within brand guides or standards
- Experience with project management or using a project management tool

💵 Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $47,500 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
