🎨 Design Role Summary
- Shape digital presence of Harry’s & Flamingo brands (DTC websites, campaigns, product experiences)
- Collaborate with DTC team (UX Architect, Engineering, Product Management) for web usability, design systems, and scalable UI solutions

🖼️ Primary Design Responsibilities
- Translate creative direction and brand positioning into clean, scalable, user-friendly UI designs
- Create and refine page layouts, component variations, and responsive patterns based on user needs and design system guidelines
- Work in Figma to produce high-fidelity visuals that align with design standards, accessibility principles, and implementation feasibility
- Ensure pixel-perfect handoff to engineering and partner with dev teams during build phases
- Contribute visual refinements and documentation to shared design system
- Partner with UX Architect to align visual choices with usability goals, product strategy, and conversion performance

🎓 Design Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital or visual design, with a strong focus on UI for web and mobile
Required Design Skills:
- Expertise in visual design and UI/UX principles
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
- Experience working with user research and usability testing methods to identify and resolve pain points
- Proficiency in data analysis and using statistical evidence to drive creative decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
