- Design and develop multiple Academy programs, including job task analysis, learning maps, and curriculum builds.

- Analyze and design multiple Academy programs, including developing and deploying deliverables and communications.
- Aggregate information from multiple sources to build and maintain credibility and influence with Academy teammates and stakeholders.
- Build training materials that demonstrate learning transference and identify improvement opportunities to ensure Academy programs leverage industry best practices.
- Partner with Line of Business (LOB) partners to determine readiness/deployment needs and assess program impacts.
- Support regulatory/content requests, complete document reviews with key partners/principal reviews, and respond to program-specific escalations.
- Collaborate with Academy Leader and/or Design Manager to execute annual learning plan.
๐ Design Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting training for tech teams or applicable Academy experience.
