About the Job

We’re looking for a talented Customer Experience (CX) / Service Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and enhancing business processes and service touchpoints, across both digital and physical channels.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deeply understand user needs, map current journeys, identify pain points, and design service solutions that are not only efficient but also human-centered. Your work will shape seamless experiences that deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

Analyze existing business processes: Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and develop service models: Enhance customer satisfaction through well-designed service models.
Gather requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Document processes: Create detailed documentation of digital business processes, workflows, and system designs.
Implement methodologies: Use service design tools to improve service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate solutions: Assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
Provide support and training: Offer guidance to team members and clients on new digital processes and systems.

Proficiency in digital service design tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with digital business process modeling and improvement techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Preferably Arabic speaking.)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and digital service design.
Available to work on-site.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
