Job Profile Summary:

Assist with front-end user experience, user interface design and development, and digital marketing in support of corporate web strategy as a member of UX team. This intern role will assist in the translation of business requirements and user stories into creative mockups, prototypes, and user-focused interfaces for development and business teams.

Job Duties:

Assist team with aspects of web design and digital marketing to align with corporate web strategy
Translation of business requirements into user focused interfaces by creating low- and high-fidelity designs
Testing of interfaces, prototypes, emails, and digital creative assets
Learn and understand user experience standards, including accessibility and usability

Required Qualifications:

Degree program(s) / Current Status: Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent degree. Must have completed a minimum of 60 hours of course credit.
Cumulative GPA: 3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.

Other Qualifications:

Previous web design internship experience is preferred.
Experience with development teams preferred.
Requires the knowledge and ability to analyze and solve complex, logical problems.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Excellent communication, analytical & development skills.
Ability to think strategically, balance long and short-term priorities.
Preferred: Educational background and/or experience using web development technologies such as CSS/CSS3, HTML, JavaScript, graphic design and digital marketing.
