Business members can submit requests for an unlimited number of brands, whereas Digital and Smart members are limited to one brand.

What details should my design request include?

Each time you submit a new request, please include these details for the best results: size, orientation, format (print or digital), preferred colors, inspiration designs and text copy. When it comes to specific products, e.g. e-shop, please include the photos of the products in high resolution.

What happens during the 7-day free trial?

During your trial, you can make 3 requests to test our service, workflow and design quality. You will receive designs with a watermark. If you subscribe, you'll receive the designs without a watermark, as well as the source files.

What kind of designs doesn’t Unlimited Design do?

We don’t fulfill the following types of requests: 3D/CAD rendering, Ad development, HTML5 ads, Coding & development, Copywriting, Marketing strategy, Motion graphics, Web, mobile or app design projects.

Can I ask for a logo?

Since logo design presupposes the overall corporate identity design of a company, this service is not included in the Unlimited Design packages, but you can contact your Project Manager for an offer that will meet your needs.

What are Unlimited Design’s business hours?

Our creative team and your Project Manager are at your disposal from 9:00 to 17:00, every day from Monday to Friday, except summer holidays and bank holidays.
