How much work is delivered on every update?

On every update, you'll get about what an employee could realistically deliver in 2 days. Most updates are fairly chunky paired with a Loom video walkthrough explaining our thinking. Updates vary in size, we keep communications open at all times.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

The annual salary of a full-time, senior-level designer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits. With our design subscription service, you get the best of both worlds: top-notch design expertise without the commitment of a full-time hire.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Nope! You can line up as many requests as your heart desires in your Backlog, and we’ll complete them one at a time.

Can I get more than 1 active request at a time?

For sure! You get one (1) active request per one (1) subscription you have. So, if you’d like to have two (2) active requests at a time, you would need to have two (2) active subscriptions. We call this “stacking” subscriptions. It’s a great way to get more done, even faster.

How quickly will I receive designs?

Whenever a new task is moved into the active state, you’ll have some designs to review within two (2) business days.

What programs do you design in?

We use Figma almost exclusively. It allows collaboration between our team members and clients. Not to mention developers tend to love it when something’s gotta get moved over into code.

Async, eh? Why no calls or meetings?

Meetings and calls have their place, but we’ve found them to be less useful, and generally a waste of time, in this era of great async communication tools. Conducting our communication through Loom, Trello, or even email has proven to be much better for both our clients and for us, enabling everyone to be more productive with their days.
