How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to a plan and you'll be quickly added to your own Trello board. This process usually takes about an hour. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to request designs.

Who are the designers?

Designjoy is a one-man agency, run by Brett, the founder. You'll work directly with him throughout your experience.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

How does the pause feature work?

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have the remaining days of service to use in the future.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are broken down on Designjoy's end. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

What programs do you design in?

Most requests are designed using Figma.

How does Webflow development work?

Webflow development is included with all subscriptions and is treated as a design request. Once the website is fully developed, the site will be transferred to your account.
