Frequently Asked Questions

What does unlimited requests and revisions mean?

You can request as many designs as you need, and your design team will work on your requests every business day. If you have changes to the designs, there’s no problem, as you get unlimited revisions. The only limitation in speed is that a designer is a person, not a robot, so they can only do one thing at a time. Having said that, nothing stops you from sending as many requests as you need and creating a pipeline of requests. If you need more design work done at the same time, just request additional designers for your team.

What is the turnaround time?

Accounts on the Standard plan get most designs in up to two (2) business days, and those on the Business or Agency plans in one (1) business day. Turnaround times can vary based on how clear and detailed the brief is and the complexity of the request (or revision). You can always ask your account manager for an estimated time.

Can I get more than one active task?

Absolutely! As you grow and need more design work done at the same time, you can add more designers (or active tasks) to your account. We’re built for scale. Some of our clients have over six (6) designers working for them at the same time. Each designer is a new subscription.

Who owns the rights to the designs?

You do! After we complete your designs, they’re yours to use. They’re created bespoke for you and your clients. We might showcase them on our portfolio, so if you’re not happy with that, just let us know.

Can I pause my account?

Yes, and for free! Sometimes you might not have the need for design work for a while. We get it! Whenever you need a break, we will store everything for you until you decide to reactivate your account.

What if I need a custom plan?
